• All collected patient data is securely stored and permanently deleted at the conclusion or termination of the service contract.
• Clients must ensure that their provision of EMR access to Esteem Reputation is done with full internal authorization and compliance procedures.
• Esteem Reputation shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect consequences resulting from client-shared EMR access or data, provided that the company has followed industry-standard security and compliance protocols.
• Clients are provided with a detailed service agreement and compliance documentation outlining these terms prior to any access being granted.
